Privacy
Short version: we only hold what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we delete it when you ask.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email, phone number if you give one, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else is collected about you.
There are no advertising trackers, no analytics profiles and no third-party cookies on this site. If you never fill in a form, we hold nothing about you at all.
What we do with it
Form submissions are emailed to the church office and read by the person who can answer you. Prayer requests marked confidential go only to the prayer team.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside the church, and we will not add you to the mailing list unless you asked for it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for twelve months. Prayer requests are kept for one month and then deleted. Mailing-list addresses are kept until you ask to come off the list.
Third parties
The map on the contact page is served by OpenStreetMap. Sermon videos are hosted on YouTube and are only loaded once you press play, so YouTube receives nothing about you until you choose to watch.
Having your information removed
Email admin@movementch.org and ask. We will delete everything we hold about you and confirm when it is done. You do not have to give a reason.
